Midway and Epic Redefine First-Person-Shooter Genre on Xbox® and Xbox Live™ with Release of Unreal Championship 2

CHICAGO – April 18, 2005 – Midway Games Inc. (NYSE: MWY), a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software, announced today that Unreal Championship®2, the latest entry in the long established Unreal franchise and the sequel to Unreal Championship (2002), has shipped for the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft.
