Starring Lori Heuring (Runaway Jury),  Antonio David Lyons (Hotel Rwanda, American History X), and Tucker Smallwood (Enterprise,  Like Mike) False Prophets will challenge viewers’ beliefs about right and wrong and take them on a rollercoaster of emotions in this supernatural urban thriller.  When gentle-spirited Manny helps a young woman on the side of the road, he gets more than he bargained for when he attempts to save her from a cult that wants to steal her “miracle” baby.  Manny is forced to explore the truths and abilities of his “gift” while rescuing the girl from zealots who will stop at nothing to take her baby.

Synopsis
Manny (Antonio David Lyons) was abandoned as a baby and left at a gas station owned by a wise old radio preacher named Isaiah (Tucker Smallwood).  Thirty-three years later Manny has grown to become a gentle man with a “gift” he isn’t sure he wants. When this reluctant prophet finds a young, pregnant woman named Maggie (Lori Heuring) stranded by the side of the road, he unknowingly rescues her from a dangerous cult leader (Patrick Bergin) who is after her baby.  Maggie has been told by doctors that she cannot conceive and the cult is convinced they must take the miracle child.  Can Manny and Isaiah protect and guide her as she eludes zealots who will stop at nothing to get her baby?
