Release Award Winning CG Film To Be Released On DVD And Priced At Only $19.95 SRP NEW YORK, NY (April 27, 2006) Central Park Media announced the much anticipated DVD release of Negadon: The Monster From Mars, the world’s first completely computer-generated monster movie. Directed by Jun Awazu from his original script and rendered in staggeringly realistic computer graphics, Negadon: The Monster From Mars pays homage to a wide variety of 1950's and 60's Japanese monster movies such as Godzilla and Mothra. This film, which was almost 3 years in the making, won the Outstanding Production Award at the 2006 Digital Contents Grand Prix and was named a Jury Recommended Work at the 2006 Japan Media Arts Festival. The Negadon DVD, which will be priced at $19.95 SRP, will be loaded with many bonus features including an interview with Director Jun Awazu, the Making of Negadon: The Monster from Mars featurette, two short films by Mr. Awazu, and digital liner notes. In addition, a replica newspaper identical to the one included in the original Japanese release will be inserted into each DVD case.
