GameTrailers and Xfire to Host Online Voting for
MTV’s Video Music Awards Video Game Categories

Online Gaming Communities Vote on
“Best Video Game Soundtrack” And “Best Video Game Score”

(August 15, 2006) - Online leaders GameTrailers and Xfire - the premier online destination for broadcast quality video game media and one of the fastest growing online gaming platforms and communities in the world, respectively - will be hosting online voting for two new video game related categories for this year’s MTV’s Video Music Awards. Both divisions of MTV Networks will turn to their strong community of gamers to choose the winner of the "Best Video Game Soundtrack" and the "Best Video Game Score" awards.
