SHADOW: DEAD RIOT TAKES BITE OUT OF BIG APPLE!

New York City – Fever Dreams LLC is proud to announce that its newest production, SHADOW: DEAD RIOT will open theatrically in New York City on March 22nd for an exclusive engagement at The ImaginAsian, Manhattan’s premier Asian American Theater located at 239 East 59th Street.  SHADOW has also been officially selected to screen at the prestigious 24th Brussels International Film Festival of the Fantastic in Belgium on March 13th.

SHADOW: DEAD RIOT stars acclaimed actor and genre icon Tony Todd (CANDYMAN 1, 2, 3, FINAL DESTINATION 1, 2, THE CROW and others).  Mr. Todd delivers his most powerful and evil performance as a serial killer who is executed and resurrected as a zombie in search of girl named Solitaire (Carla Greene).   SHADOW showcases the immense talents of some of Hong Kong’s greatest film technicians and artists working with new American talent. SHADOW marks the U.S. debut of director/cinematographer Derek Wan (Jet Li’s FIST OF LEGEND), the jaw-dropping choreography of action director Tony Leung Siu Hung (ENTER THE DRAGON, DRUNKEN MASTER 2) and the precision cutting of editor Ki Hop Chan (THREE EXTREMES, THE MEDALLION).  Two-time Grammy-winning LIVING COLOUR co-founder and guitarist Vernon Reid composed and performs the film’s driving music score.

Fever Dreams previously produced FLESH FOR THE BEAST (2003) and just completed DEATH TRANCE, their first co-production with Japan.
