CHTHONIC’s BASSIST, ENDORSED BY IBANEZ!!

With Ozzfest, just around the corner…beginning in Auburn, Washington on July 12th…Doris, the bassist of the Taiwanese black metal phenoms, ChthoniC, has been cordially invited to represent international music instrument manufacturer Ibanez. Doris will debut a new custom-made bass guitar specifically tailored to her image on this first date of Ozzfest.

Other Ibanez endorsees include such internationally recognized names as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Linkin Park, KillSwitch Engage, Korn and Slipknot, thus making Doris's invitation to join the Ibanez roster particularly exceptional.

As the insatiable thirst for ChthoniC reaches its peak, Doris — the sole female member of the band — has become the focus of much international fan affection. One even launched a webpage dedicated to her, www.DorisBaby.com.

Taiwan's premier metal band, ChthoniC will launch its first American tour this summer. Check out all the tour dates below. ChthoniC’s 2002 record ‘Relentless Recurrence’ has just be re-released. Also available by the band are 2006’s CD RELEASE, ‘Seediq Bale’, as well as their ‘A Decade on the Throne’ DVD.
