Press Release
ALL THAT REMAINS TO RELEASE “THE FALL OF IDEALS JULY 11TH

OZZFEST SECOND STAGE SLOT CONFIRMED

Prosthetic recording artists All That Remains are set to release their new album, THE FALL OF IDEALS, on July 11th.  The album is the follow-up to their 2004 debut THIS DARKENED HEART, which sold over 75,000 copies.  The explosive metal quintet has come to be known for their heavy riffs, memorable hooks and rowdy live shows.  Revolver Magazine recently dubbed them “the future of American metal”

Of the band’s new album, vocalist Phil Labonte said, "People have a certain idea of what this band is.  When they hear the new stuff, they will notice a new approach integrated with our original style. The riffs sound familiar, but with the new layers of song dynamics, it's now a completely different animal.  It’s almost like a new way to look at an old friend.”

Produced by Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) and engineered by Peter Wichers (ex-Soilwork), the first single from the album is “This Calling”.  An mp3 for "This Calling" is available here: http://www.prostheticrecords.com/audiovideo/allthatremains/thiscalling.mp3.  The album was recorded during breaks from a hectic calendar of tour dates in March at Zing Studios in the band’s native Massachusetts.

All That Remains has also been confirmed for a second stage slot on this summer’s Ozzfest.  In addition to the official Ozzfest tour dates, the band will be playing “Offfest” dates with Unearth Norma Jean, The Red Chord, A Life Once Lost, Walls Of Jericho and Full Blown Chaos.  In the meantime the band is currently in Europe, on the European leg of The Sounds of The Underground until the end of May.  They next head to Canada for a run of dates in June with Unearth, The Red Chord, A Life Once Lost, Walls Of Jericho and If Hope Dies.
