New Metal Gear Game Ships on December 5

Are you ready for the newest chapter in the Metal Gear series? Although Snake is known for his ultimate stealth skills, this December he is set to make a huge splash. The most anticipated PSP game of the year, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, will ship for Sony’s handheld system in only 2 weeks, on December 5!

Over the years the Metal Gear series has done more than define the stealth-action genre, it has also given us heroic characters and wicked villains weaved within one of the most intricate video game stories spanning multiple decades. With the highly-anticipated release of Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, the missing link in that cinematic and epic story will finally be told, as the game takes players on a journey from the conclusion of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater to the opening of the original Metal Gear.

A full-blown action game for the PSP, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops not only features a top-notch story and impeccable single-player gameplay, but it also delivers groundbreaking multi-player online play that will let gamers recruit their own comrades to create a unique fighting force. This game is one to be sure to include as a top game for the holidays!
