Minneapolis, MN – November 21, 2007 – Heart-pumping angling action awaits in Cabela’s® Monster Bass from Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI), now available at major retailers across the country. In the first ever Cabela’s fishing game, players take an exciting journey through six of the hottest bass spots and compete in 14 tournament events in pursuit of the biggest, most coveted species of trophy bass.

“Cabela’s is one of the most recognized names in the fishing world, and we are excited to deliver the first Cabela’s fishing game to the masses,” said David Oxford, Activision, Inc. “Bass fishing continues to grow in popularity, and we’re confident players will get a huge adrenaline rush as they travel to the top fishing spots in North America to put their angling skills to the test by hooking into a prized monster bass.”

Cabela’s Monster Bass will put players’ angling skills to the test as it focuses on the most exciting part of fishing – adrenaline pumping, fish fighting action! Utilizing authentic Cabela’s fishing gear with hundreds of tackle and lure combinations, players will set their sights on nine species of bass, including largemouth, smallmouth, spotted, and striped, as well as 14 other trophy fish such as trout, salmon, catfish, and walleye. Cabela’s Monster Bass combines the use of real world strategies with actual fishing lake environments to allow fans of all types to land that prize and become the ultimate bass fisherman.

Cabela’s Monster Bass, which is published by Activision Minneapolis, is available now on the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system for $29.99. The game is rated “E” (Everyone) by the ESRB.
