ImaginAsian Entertainment, Inc. Reaches Cable
System Agreement with Charter Communications Los Angeles

ImaginAsian TV Premieres on Channel 143
 

LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, OCTOBER 17, 2005 —ImaginAsian Entertainment, Inc. today announced it has reached an agreement with Charter Communications, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: CHTR) Los Angeles cable system. ImaginAsian TV (iaTV), a television network for all things Asian, premiered on channel 143 of the Los Angeles system on October 11.

“As the first 24/7 pan-Asian television network, iaTV looks forward to serving the entertainment needs of Los Angeles’ Asian American community,” said Anil Srivatsa, Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Operations for ImaginAsian TV. “But while our primary mission is to serve the interests and passions of the Asian American community, there’s no denying the growing interest the general public has with Asian cuisine, movies, personalities and culture. We look to appeal to all Los Angelinos, and we anticipate playing a larger role in the community through sponsorships and other grassroots activities.”

ImaginAsian TV is fully advertiser-supported, and is currently carried on cable systems in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston and part of New Jersey, as well as via broadcast in other areas, including Las Vegas, NV and Edison, NJ.
