PLAYLOGIC SIGNS WORLDWIDE PUBLISHING DEAL FOR “DIABOLIQUE – LICENSE TO SIN”

Amsterdam, Sept. 19, 2005 – Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. today announced it signed an agreement with Polish developer Metropolis Software to publish the game “Diabolique – License to Sin” worldwide. “Diabolique” is an action game featuring special agent Dark Eaville. The game is scheduled to be released in the autumn of 2006 on PC.

“Diabolique – License To Sin” tells the story of Dark Eaville, a handsome devil who works undercover as a special agent on Earth. The player takes the role of Dark Eaville, who uses the latest high-tech gadgets, hacks computers and fights bare-handed. When none of that is sufficient, the player uses supernatural infernal powers. Dark Eaville turns into a ghost, feeds himself with defeated souls and every weapon in his hands becomes a truly devilish gun. The game has a unique atmosphere and intuitive controls.

According to Stefan Layer, COO/VP of Playlogic, “We are glad to have found in Metropolis Software a very talented development team. “Diabolique – License to Sin” has a unique storyline that gives the player the impression of having been part of a movie. The game at this point is already of such high quality that we believe Diabolique will be one of our key titles in the fall of 2006. In our opinion, this content-driven game will suit the next-gen consoles very well.”

“Signing with Playlogic, a fast growing publisher with well-known industry veterans in management, is a very significant step in the history of Metropolis,” said Grzegorz Miechowski, CEO of Metropolis Software Sp. z o.o. “We are delighted by their strong commitment to ‘Diabolique License to Sin’ and are sure that our partnership will create synergy to produce blockbuster games for the IP that are unique in their positioning and excitingly creative.”

The game’s official website is www.diabolique-game.com
