Exclusive Bundle Available In Select Retailers This October

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (September 18, 2006) – Leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. announced today that .hack(R)//G.U.(TM) Vol.1: Rebirth(TM) will be shipping to retail on October 24, exclusively for the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system. In addition, a Special Edition of .hack//G.U. Vol.1: Rebirth will be available through an exclusive pre-order program with GameStop and EB Games.

About the Special Edition:

The Special Edition will be available exclusively at GameStop and EB Games stores, as well as online through GameStop.com and EBgames.com. The limited run of the Special Edition will include an exclusive Haseo action figure, complete with detailed weapons, and the exciting Terminal Disc.

The Terminal Disc features an exclusive story compilation of the previous .hack games and other surprises. It will allow fans, both old and new, to catch up on the history of .hack by viewing a synopsis and movies from the last four .hack games.

.hack//G.U. Vol. 1: Rebirth will retail for $39.99 and the Special Edition will be available for $49.99.
