Konami’s Sequel to Top-Selling First Person Shooter Now Available for the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system

El Segundo, Calif. – September 18, 2007 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., today announced that Coded Arms: Contagion™ for the PSP system is now available in retail outlets nationwide. The sequel to the best-selling title Coded Arms®, Coded Arms: Contagion, features online multiplayer support for up to eight players, as well as fully customizable controls to suit any style of play.

In Coded Arms: Contagion, players must protect A.I.D.A., a virtual reality military training program, from cyber-terrorists whose goal is to infect it with a computer virus and steal classified military information. Using high-powered weaponry and hacking abilities, players fight enemies and solve puzzles across a multitude of enclosed and open-air levels. Players can go at it alone as lone security agents or compete with friends in online play.

With a new futuristic storyline set in a virtual reality military training program, Coded Arms: Contagion introduces players to an all-new cybernetic crisis.
